Citizenship by Investment
Grenada Citizenship allows visa-free access to the UK, the Schengen Area, Russia and China.It offers several business advantages and the opportunity to access the US E2 Investor Visa.
Relaunched in 2013, Grenada has positioned its Citizenship by Investment Programme as a cost effective route to dual citizenship for investors with dependants; it offers visa-free access to over 121 countries including the UK, China and the Schengen Area, minimal taxation, minimal processing fees for families, full residence status, no residency requirements and a currency pegged to the US Dollar.
Grenada is the only CBI country to offer the US E2 Investor Visa and additionally offers business advantages including no restriction on the repatriation of profits, full exemption from import duties, corporate tax incentives and relief. Applications are processed in 3-4 months; to qualify, the main applicant must invest a minimum of $150,000 in the National Transformation Fund or $350,000 in Real Estate.
Investment Options
National Transformation Fund
A one-time contribution towards the National Transformation Fund is a highly affordable investment option offered by Grenada, devised to aid in the development of key tourism, agriculture and alternative energy projects. The initiative is in place to diversify the region and nurture the economy.
$150,000 for the main applicant.
$200,000 for an applicant and spouse.
$200,000 for an applicant, spouse and up to two dependants.
$25,000 for each additional dependant after the third.
Property Choices
Tourism in Grenada has seen rapid growth; the demand for tourist housing facilities make an investment into an approved property choice potentially lucrative – coming in the form of high-end hotels, resorts or villas.
Real estate has no residency requirements but must be held and maintained for three years. We currently offer boutique villas in the Mount Cinnamon development – see below.

About Grenada
GEOGRAPHY
Located northeast of Trinidad & Tobago, south of the main hurricane belt, it is the largest of the Grenadines. It's tropical climate, 28°C year round, is cooled by the gentle breeze of northeast trade winds. Grenada benefits from direct flights to the UK and features breathtaking white-gold beaches, tropical rainforests and a mountainous centre, Mount St. Catherine. Its 344 sq kilometres embraces a diverse range of agricultural and environmental projects as well as tourism.
ECONOMY
In 2015 Grenada recorded a GDP (PPP) of US$1.401 billion, split between three sectors of agriculture (6.2%), industry (14.3%) and services (79.5%). The island uses the East Caribbean Dollar and has access to an educated workforce of 90.1% English literacy. Grenada's CIP has been described by the IMF as Gold Standard and offers numerous opportunities to make sound investments in long term and sustanable real estate and infrastructure projects.
CULTURE AND HERITAGE
Since constitution restoration in 1984, Grenada has remained a parliamentary democracy and grown to a population of 110,000; the capital is St. George’s and the island’s official language is English – 96% of the population also speaks French Patois. Life on the island is permeated by vibrant culture and a friendly community in a safe environment with many options for peaceful relaxation. The demographic is formed by a majority African descent ethnic group (89.4%), mixed (8.2%) East Indian (1.6%) other (0.9%) – the largest age group being 25-54 (40.4%).
